Mod disabled: Vehicle Key Changer

I've added the vehicle key changer mod. You can now change which key is used to lock/unlock your vehicles.

To use it, you'll need a key makers kit.
Place both the existing key, and the new key in your toolbelt.
Walk up to the vehicle you want to change and select "Change Vehicle Key"
Pick the new key.
Wait a few seconds, and then try out the new key.
The old key is put in your backpack, just in case.

I've disabled this until a fix is put in to prevent loss of vehicle inventories.
